释义	法律分析: 大部分无偿合同都是单务合同，如赠与合同、无偿借用合同和无偿保管合同，但是也存在例外的，如无偿的委托合同，为无偿双务合同。无偿委托合同其受托人的义务跟有偿一样，办理委托事务的义务等，委托人的义务有支付费用的义务。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百八十五条赠与合同是赠与人将自己的财产无偿给予受赠人，受赠人表示接受赠与的合同。第三百九十六条委托合同是委托人和受托人约定，由受托人处理委托人事务的合同。
