释义	劳动保险费，是指企业支付离退休职工的退休金（包括提取的离退休职工劳动统筹基金）、价格补贴、医药费、易地安家补助费、职工退职金、六个月以上的病假人员工资，职工死亡丧葬补助费、抚恤费，按规定支付给离休干部的各项经费。劳动保护费就是指劳动保护支出，是指确因工作需要为雇员配备或提供工作服，手套，安全保护用品，防暑降温用品等所发生的支出。税法没有规定具体的列支标准，只要是企业发生的合理性的劳保支出可据实列支。法律依据城镇集体交通运输企业财务管理试行办法第三十四条
