释义	由于《刑法》中规定的抢劫罪的量刑标准有几个不同的范围，因此在法定最高刑为10年时，追诉期为15年。要是法定最高刑为死刑的则追诉期为20年。并且如果20年以后认为必须追诉的，还可以报请最高人民检察院核准后，继续对抢劫罪的犯罪分子追诉。法律依据《刑法》第八十七条
