释义	复婚证与结婚证是没有区别的，也可以说并没有复婚证这个东西，复婚时发给男女双方的还是结婚证。复婚是指已离婚的男女双方自愿恢复夫妻关系，到婚姻登银余记机关办锋盯滚理登记手续，重新确立婚姻关系的行为。但在婚姻登记部门办理复婚手续后，发给她们的还是结婚证，而不是复婚证。法律依据：《中华则缓人民共和国民法典》第一千零八十三条离婚后，男女双方自愿恢复婚姻关系的，应当到婚姻登记机关重新进行结婚登记。
