释义	法律主观：除用人单位有严重违法的情况外，任何单位、任何岗位都不能随便辞职。公益性岗位只是岗位的性质具有一定的特殊性，但不影响与用人单位之间建立劳动关系的法律性质。公益性岗位的劳动者与用人单位也应当签订劳动合同，并按劳动法的规定享有劳动权利、承担劳动义务。另外，公益性岗位除了要遵守《劳动合同法》的辞职规定外，还应当遵守公益性岗位录用合同对于辞职的有关约定。所以，公益性岗位不能随便辞职，相反公益性岗位的辞职比普通员工的辞职会受到更多的限制。
