释义	法律分析：员工在一年内获得两次及以上相同类别表彰的,按就高原则进行物质奖励，不重复奖励。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公务员法》第五十三条奖励分为：嘉奖、记三等功、记二等功、记一等功、授予称号。对受奖励的公务员或者公务员集体予以表彰，并对受奖励的个人给予一次性奖金或者其他待遇。第五十四条给予公务员或者公务员集体奖励，按照规定的权限和程序决定或者审批。第五十五条按照国家规定，可以向参与特定时期、特定领域重大工作的公务员颁发纪念证书或者纪念章。
