释义	法律分析: 公司变更后，以前的债权由变更后的公司享有，如果公司变更是合并，按照规定合并各方的债权、债务由合并后存续的公司或者新设的公司承继，如果是分立，则债权由分立后的公司共同承继。如果公司只是形式上的变更，则对债权债务不会产生影响，依然由原来的公司享有债权承担债务。《中华人民共和国公司法》第一百七十四条公司合并时，合并各方的债权、债务，应当由合并后存续的公司或者新设的公司承继。
