释义	法律分析：不公开审理是指人民法院在进行诉讼活动时，根据法律规定或者其他正当事由，对案件不进行公开审理的司法审判制度。所谓不公开即不允许群众旁听，不允许记者采访报道，但对当事人仍要公开进行。法律依据：《最高人民法院关于审理未成年人刑事案件的若干规定》第十一条对在开庭审理时不满十六周岁的未成年人刑事案件，一律不公开审理。对在开庭审理时不满十八周岁的未成年人刑事案件，一般也不公开审理。如果有必要公开审理的，必须经过本院院长批准，并且应适当限制旁听人数和范围。
