释义	受害人故意受损害，一般行为人不需要负责。因为法律规定损害是因受害人故意造成的，行为人不承担责任。但是如果行为人也存在故意侵权行为；或者属于饲养动物侵权，而行为人未对动物采取安全措施造成受害人损害的，则行为人不能免责，只能适当减轻责任。法律依据《民法典》第一千一百七十四条，损害是因受害人故意造成的，行为人不承担责任。
