释义	食品执行标准一般按企业的隶属关系报当地政府标准化行政主管部门和有关行政主管部门备案。国务院有关行政主管部门所属企业的企业产品标准，报国务院有关行政主管部门和企业所在省、自治区、直辖市标准化行政主管部门备案。《食品安全法》第四条食品生产经营者对其生产经营食品的安全负责。食品生产经营者应当依照法律、法规和食品安全标准从事生产经营活动，保证食品安全，诚信自律，对社会和公众负责，接受社会监督，承担社会责任。第二十五条食品安全标准是强制执行的标准。除食品安全标准外，不得制定其他食品强制性标准。
