释义	表兄妹结婚，婚姻无效根据民法典的规定，直系血亲或者三代以内的旁系血亲禁止结婚。有下列情形之一的，婚姻无效：（一）重婚；（二）有禁止结婚的亲属关系；（三）未到法定婚龄。即使双方办理了结婚登记手续，该婚姻也不符合法律的规定【法律依据】《民法典》第一千零四十八条:直系血亲或者三代以内的旁系血亲禁止结婚。第一千零五十一条:有下列情形之一的，婚姻无效：（一）重婚；（二）有禁止结婚的亲属关系；（三）未到法定婚龄。第一千零五十二条:因胁迫结婚的，受胁迫的一方可以向人民法院请求撤销婚姻。
