释义	【法律意见】根据法律规定，同一公民同时拥有两个及以上户口是违法的。【法律依据】根据常住户口登记管理规定，公民应当依照该规定在经常居住的合法固定住所地登记常住户口。一个公民只能在一个地方登记常住户口。同一公民有两个以上常住户口的，公安机关应当按规定及时注销其非法登记的户口。如果公安机关未发现拥有两个户口情况的，当事人应主动向公安机关要求注销其中之一。
