5.交通事故当事人虽将伤者送到医院，但给伤者或家属留下假姓名、假地址、假联系方式后离开医院的
6.交通事故当事人接受调查期间逃匿的
7.交通事故当事人离开现场且不承认曾发生交通事故，但有证据证明其应知道发生交通事故的
8.经协商未能达成一致或未经协商给付赔偿费用明显不足，交通事故当事人未留下本人真实信息，有证据证明其是强行离开现场的。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》 第九十条 机动车驾驶人违反道路交通安全法律、法规关于道路通行规定的，处警告或者二十元以上二百元以下罚款。本法另有规定的，依照规定处罚。
