释义	法律分析：房子公证没过户是没有法律效应的，公证只是对这个协议具有法律效力。办理房屋的过户手续的时候需要当事人提供相应的过户材料，同时按照要求支付过户税费，在我国房屋买卖只公证而不过户的，购房者实际也是无法取得房屋的所有权的。法律依据：《民法典》第二百零九条不动产物权的设立、变更、转让和消灭，经依法登记，发生效力；未经登记，不发生效力，但是法律另有规定的除外。依法属于国家所有的自然资源，所有权可以不登记。注：《民法典》将于2021年1月1日生效。
