释义	法律分析：如果没有新的公证遗嘱产生，推翻在先的公证遗嘱，那么经过公证的遗嘱是一直有效的，也就是说遗嘱公证不会过期。但继承人或受赠人的遗产继承是有一定的保护期限的，若过了法律的保护期限，一旦继承权受到侵害，法律就不再予以保护。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百二十四条继承开始后，继承人放弃继承的，应当在遗产处理前，以书面形式作出放弃继承的表示;没有表示的，视为接受继承。受遗赠人应当在知道受遗赠后六十日内，作出接受或者放弃受遗赠的表示;到期没有表示的，视为放弃受遗赠。
