退票费报销凭证怎么取 |

不管在网上办理退票或者人工售票窗口办理退票的，退票费报销凭证都是需要前往火车站的人工售票窗口领取的。目前根据铁路相关的规定，当在网上办理退票之后，自从办理退票当天开始计算，需要在180天时间内，凭借订单号、购买车票使用的身份证原件，然后前往人工售票窗口索取退票手续费报销凭证。
如果购买车票后已经领取了火车票报销凭证，等到办理完退票手续后，需要从退票之日开始计算在180天时间内，凭借购买车票的身份证、火车票报销凭证，前往火车站人工售票窗口确认退票款。同时还需要交回报销凭证，如果需要退票手续费报销凭证，此时就直接可以跟售票员领取。
火车票退票相关规则如下：
1、火车票退票时间在开车之前8天以上的，不需要扣除手续费。
2、在发车之前48小时以上办理退票手续，此时就会收取5%的手续费。
3、如果乘客在开车之前的24小时到48小时内办理退票手续，就需要收取10%的手续费。
4、在发车之前的24小时内办理退票手续，此时需要收取20%的手续费。
5、如果在开车之前的48小时到8天时间内，乘客办理了改签或者变更到站在距离发车超过8天时间以上其它列车，然后在距离开车之前8天以上办理退票，此时就需要收取5%的手续费。

第八百一十六条 旅客因自己的原因不能按照客票记载的时间乘坐的，应当在约定的期限内办理退票或者变更手续；逾期办理的，承运人可以不退票款，并不再承担运输义务。
