东莞二胎生育津贴发放标准

二胎生育津贴发放标准按照下列公式进行计算：生育津贴=用人单位上年度月人均缴费基数÷30天×产假天数。生育津贴是法律、法规规定对职业妇女因生育而离开工作岗位期间，给予的生活费用。

法律客观：

《中华人民共和国社会保险法》第五十六条职工有下列情形之一的，可以按照国家规定享受生育津贴：（一）女职工生育享受产假；（二）享受计划生育手术休假；（三）法律、法规规定的其他情形。生育津贴按照职工所在用人单位上年度职工月平均工资计发。
