释义	律师解答：没有。子债不需要父母还，如果其父母继承了其遗产，则在其遗产中清偿相关的债务。但是如果子女是未成年人，也就是无民事行为能力人或者限制民事行为能力人时，由于父母是法定监护人，有义务为子女还债。【法律依据】：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百五十九条分割遗产，应当清偿被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务；但是，应当为缺乏劳动能力又没有生活来源的继承人保留必要的遗产。
