丧假都是那些亲属死才有

企业职工的直系亲属死亡时，企业应该根据具体情况，酌情给予职工1-3天的丧假。其中直系亲属，指和自己有直接血缘关系或婚姻关系的人，如配偶、父母、子女。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十一条 劳动者在法定休假日和婚丧假期间以及依法参加社会活动期间，用人单位应当依法支付工资。
