释义	法律分析：无效。合同自双方签章后即开始生效，具有法律效力。如非当事人签订合同，应与代签人(代理人)签订委托书，委托书双方签字确认委托关系及确定授权代理具体事项，该合同是有效的。如没有代理委托书的情况下，冒用本人签订合同，属于违背本人意愿，可携带非本人签字证明(说明)、身份证原件与签订合同方进行沟通说明废除该合同。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百六十五条依法成立的合同，受法律保护。依法成立的合同，仅对当事人具有法律约束力，但是法律另有规定的除外。
