释义	法律分析：虽然个体户，但是工资应当发给劳动者并且应当与劳动者签订劳动合同缴纳社保。用人单位未与其签订劳动合同的，劳动者辞职说走就走的，用人单位是应当给工资的，但是如果用人单位有证据证明因为劳动者的离职给其造成一定损失的，用人单位是可以要求劳动者进行一定赔偿的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
