释义	父母强迫结婚的应当拒绝父母的要求，如果父母以暴力强迫结婚的，子女可以报警处理，构成暴力干涉婚姻自由罪，一般判处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役；致使被害人死亡的，处二年以上七年以下有期徒刑。暴力干涉婚姻自由罪是用暴力手段强行干涉他人结婚和离婚自由的行为。中国刑法中妨害婚姻、家庭罪的一种。【法律依据】《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百五十七条以暴力干涉他人婚姻自由的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。犯前款罪，致使被害人死亡的，处二年以上七年以下有期徒刑。第一款罪，告诉的才处理。
