隧道能超车或者变道吗 |

隧道不能超车或者变道。同车道行驶的机动车，后车应当与前车保持足以采取紧急制动措施的安全距离，行经铁路道口、交叉路口、窄桥、弯道、陡坡、隧道、人行横道、市区交通流量大的路段等没有超车条件的，不得超车。隧道变道违反指示标线行驶属于违章行为，如果被电子警察拍摄到就会处罚200元并扣3分处理。
法律依据：《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》第六十八条
车辆管理所对符合第六十三条至第六十六条、第六十七条第一款规定的，应当在一日内换发机动车驾驶证。对符合第六十七条第二款规定的，应当在一日内注销机动车驾驶证。其中，对符合第六十四条、第六十五条、第六十六条第一款第一项、第六十七条规定的，还应当收回原机动车驾驶证。
第六十九条
机动车驾驶证遗失的，机动车驾驶人应当向机动车驾驶证核发地或者核发地以外的车辆管理所申请补发。申请时应当确认申请信息，并提交机动车驾驶人的身份证明。符合规定的，车辆管理所应当在一日内补发机动车驾驶证。
机动车驾驶人补领机动车驾驶证后，原机动车驾驶证作废，不得继续使用。
机动车驾驶证被依法扣押、扣留或者暂扣期间，机动车驾驶人不得申请补发。
违反交通安全的行为有哪些
1、驾驶与准驾车型不符的机动车的；
2、饮酒后或者醉酒后驾驶机动车的；
3、驾驶公路客运车辆载人超过核定人数20%以上的；
4、造成交通事故后逃逸，尚不构成犯罪的；
5、在高速公路上倒车、逆行、穿越中央分隔带掉头的。
