释义	原被告均上诉的，上诉费用，上诉人预交一审法院，由一审法院将费用同案卷一同移交二审法院。注意：是预交，终审判决或裁定后，由败诉方承担上诉费。至于如果被告方上诉成功后，可向一审法院要求退回一审的诉讼费用。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百一十八条当事人进行民事诉讼，应当按照规定交纳案件受理费。财产案件除交纳案件受理费外，并按照规定交纳其他诉讼费用。当事人交纳诉讼费用确有困难的，可以按照规定向人民法院申请缓交、减交或者免交。
