采矿权延续怎么办理

采矿许可证有效期满，需要继续采矿时，采矿权人提前到采矿登记管理机关办理延长采矿许可证有效期限手续，获得新的采矿期限。申请采矿权延续的，应当在采矿权许可证有效期届满法定期限前，向登记管理机关提交采矿权延续申请登记书，说明申请延续登记的理由和保有的地质储量以及需要延长的期限，由登记管理机关依据法定条件审查并做出是否准予延续的决定。法律对采矿许可证延续的次数没有限定。
