游戏币交易赚差价犯法吗？

法律分析：
违法，买卖网络游戏币犯法，性质等同于赌博。玩家在游戏中所赢得的游戏币在正常情况下是不能够变现的，游戏币只能在游戏中流通，想获得游戏币只能通过人民币充值，这属于单向流通，到此还只算是游戏。为玩家提供游戏币变现的功能，玩家可以从其他玩家处赚得游戏币，转而再卖给其他玩家，其性质已等同于赌博。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国刑法》 第三百零三条 以营利为目的，聚众赌博或者以赌博为业的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制，并处罚金。
