释义	法律分析：股权的冻结主要是收取股息或红利以及处分股权(股权转让或股权质押)，防止股权收益的不当流失，达到财产保全的目的。而股权冻结并没有否定股东资格。没有限制股东对于共益权的行使。股东基于股东身份可以正常行使共益权。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第三十四条股东按照实缴的出资比例分取红利；公司新增资本时，股东有权优先按照实缴的出资比例认缴出资。但是，全体股东约定不按照出资比例分取红利或者不按照出资比例优先认缴出资的除外。第一百三十七条股东持有的股份可以依法转让。
