释义	法律分析: 厂家罚款也要符合规定，如果是不合理罚款，首先协商，协商不成的通过诉讼或者仲裁维护自己的权益。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国行政处罚法》第五十一条当事人逾期不履行行政处罚决定的，作出行政处罚决定的行政机关可以采取下列措施：(一)到期不缴纳罚款的，每日按罚款数额的百分之三加处罚款；(二)根据法律规定，将查封、扣押的财物拍卖或者将冻结的存款划拨抵缴罚款；(三)申请人民法院强制执行。当事人逾期不缴纳罚款的，行政机关每日按罚款数额的百分之三加处罚款是滞纳金。
