释义	根据我国法律规定，收货人的基本义务主要有以下一些： 1按规定及时领取货物。收货人接到承运人发出的提货通知后，应在规定的免费暂存期间内，办妥货物交接验收手续，并将货物提离车站或港区、或民航机场、或民航市内货运处。收货人未按规定的时间提取货物，应向货物到站(港)支付规定的保管费。 2如果运输合同约定由收货人支付运费的，收货人在提货时，应支付上述费用。 3由于收货人的过错造成承运人或第三人的财产或人身损失时，收货人应承担赔偿责任。
