释义	法律分析：公司分立是指公司依照《中华人民共和国公司法》的有关规定，通过股东会决议分成两个以上的公司。公司分立种类：存续分立和新分立。存续分立是指分立后，被分立企业仍存在，不改变企业名称和法人地位，分立企业作为另一个独立法人存在。新的分立是将分立企业分成两个或两个以上的企业，依法取消。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第一百七十五条公司分立，其财产作相应的分割。公司分立，应当编制资产负债表及财产清单。公司应当自作出分立决议之日起十日内通知债权人，并于三十日内在报纸上公告。
