释义	被辞退后工资可以立结。但是根据我国相关法律规定，需要在一定的情况下适用，双方对解除劳动合同并无异议后即可立结工资。或者是当事人双方依法解除劳动合同时，企业应该在解除劳动合时就结算工资。【法律依据】《工资支付暂行规定》第九条，劳动关系双方依法解除或终止劳动合同时，用人单位应在解除或终止劳动合同时一次付清劳动者工资。《工资支付暂行规定》第十九条，劳动者与用人单位因工资支付发生劳动争议的，当事人可依法向劳动争议仲裁机关申请仲裁。对仲裁裁决不服的，可以向人民法院提起诉讼。
