父亲信用卡欠款儿子要还吗 |

父亲信用卡欠钱儿子不需要还，我国没有父债子偿的法律规定。债务人自己欠的债由其自己偿还，除非父亲死了，儿子继承了父亲的遗产，那么儿子要按照继承遗产的实际价值来偿还父亲的债务。
一、“夫债妻还、父债子偿”合法吗
法律上没有父债子偿的规定，所谓的父债子偿是有条件的，一般情形是指父亲去世后，其生前欠下了债务，债权人在主张债权的时候，会找继承人主张，如果被继承人遗留有合法财产，继承人负有用父亲的遗产偿还债务的义务和责任，遗产有余额的，继承人可以依法继承，但如果遗产不足以偿还债务的，继承人不能继承遗产但也无承担债务的义务。
二、父亲欠债儿子的股票法院是否可以查封
儿子没有义务替父亲还钱，也就是说法律上不存在父债子还。除非父亲去世，儿子继承了父亲的遗产，那么以继承财产为限还债。
人民法院可以查封、扣押、冻结被执行人占有的动产、登记在被执行人名下的不动产、特定动产及其他财产权。
三、我国法律有没有父债子还的规定呢
我国法律没有父债子还的规定。也就是说，孩子没有义务偿还父亲的债务，除非孩子继承了父亲的遗产，否则同时继承了他的债务，此时有义务返还。即继承遗产必须继承债务，即父母死后子女继承遗产的，需要在遗产价值范围内偿还债务。孩子的个人财产不需要偿还债务，或者父亲接受父亲的礼物无非是偿还债务，也必须代替父亲偿还债务。
