法律分析：死刑犯一般不在监狱服刑，都是在公安局看守所关押，等待枪决时间。死刑犯和普通罪犯是混押的，没有特殊待遇。既然是死刑犯，就已经没有年龄的区别的，和其罪犯都是一样的。未成年人犯罪一般也是不会判处死刑的。高等级戒备监狱每个监舍都有监控监听设备，罪犯的一切活动，包括洗漱、睡觉，都在警察的监控视线里。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第九十八条 犯罪嫌疑人、被告人被羁押的案件，不能在本法规定的侦查羁押、审查起诉、一审、二审期限内办结的，对犯罪嫌疑人、被告人应当予以释放；需要继续查证、审理的，对犯罪嫌疑人、被告人可以取保候审或者监视居住。第一百五十六条对犯罪嫌疑人逮捕后的侦查羁押期限不得超过二个月。案情复杂、期限届满不能终结的案件，可以经上一级人民检察院批准延长一个月。
