问题	拒收人民币违法如何处置
释义	目前我国法律只规定拒收人民币的违法性质，但没有规定具体的处罚举措，在司法实践上也鲜有对此类行为做出处罚。只规定了毁损，仿制之类的处罚，没有对拒收，蔑视等行为的具体处罚举措。法律依据：《中华人民共和国人民币管理条例》第二十六条禁止下列损害人民币的行为：(一)故意毁损人民币；(二)制作、仿制、买卖人民币图样；(三)未经中国人民银行批准，在宣传品、出版物或者其他商品上使用人民币图样；(四)中国人民银行规定的其他损害人民币的行为。前款人民币图样包括放大、缩小和同样大小的人民币图样。
