释义	法律分析：可以。被判过刑，只要服刑期满回归社会了即恢复了其自然人的身份，自然人、法人都具有成就合同关系的主体资格，当然不会影响其与银行机关建立信贷或借贷合同关系。同时，没有法律规定或限定，服过刑的人员或刑释解矫人员不能贷款，当然贷款须具备银行的附带其它条件。法律依据：《中华人民共和国商业银行法》第三十五条商业银行贷款，应当对借款人的借款用途、偿还能力、还款方式等情况进行严格审查。商业银行贷款，应当实行审贷分离、分级审批的制度。
