释义	1、信用卡逾期一般是不会从工资卡里面扣钱的，虽然银行卡与信用卡都是银行发行的产品，但是二者的性质不同，而且是相对独立的产品。信用卡逾期，并不关银行卡的事情。 2、信用卡逾期之后被银行起诉，法院进行了判决，但是持卡人依旧不还款的话，法院会对个人名下的资产进行冻结，可能会直接从其银行卡里面扣钱还款。 3、当信用卡逾期后，应当非常主动的去还这个逾期的款，不然信银行是有权通过法律的途径来倾诉，甚至冻结资产，只是一张银行信用卡就会面临法律的风险，更甚者可以进行不动产冻结，不动产的拍卖。
