春节放假带薪几天 |

劳动法规定春节放假带薪是3天，但春节的假期一般为7天，其中3天为法定假、另外4天为调休的公休日，这7天都是有薪假日。法定节假日属于带薪休假日，任何与用人单位签订劳动合同（包括建立事实劳动关系）的劳动者，从建立劳动关系开始，就有权依法享受带薪的法定节假日，而并不取决于必须工作满一年才可以享受。
但是一般而言带薪假期为7天，但这个得看公司的具体安排，因为有些公司是不安排带薪休假的，或者有些是只有特定员工才有带薪休假这种待遇。
一、高速公路国庆节免过路费是几号到几号
根据国务院的安排，2021年国庆节放假安排时间是：10月1日至7日放假调休，共7天。9月26日(星期日)、10月9日(星期六)上班。因此国庆节高速公路免费时间是：10月1日零时～10月7日24时止，共计7天免费。高速免费时间期间，如下车型享受免费通行：7坐(含7坐)以下的载客车辆，以及普通收费公路行驶的摩托车。收费公路免费通行时间为春节、清明节、劳动节、国庆节等4个国家法定节假日以及当年国务院办公厅文件确定的上述法定节假日连休日。所以，国庆节高速公路免费时间为10月1日到10月7日，共7天，与假期时间保持一致。
二、全年法定节假日有多少天啊？
全年法定节假日有元旦、春节、清明节、五一劳动节、端午节、中秋节和国庆节，一共放多少天假，还要看实际情况。以2021年为例，元旦放假，共3天；春节放假调休，共7天；清明节放假，共3天；五一劳动节放假调休，共5天；端午节放假，共3天；中秋节放假调休，共3天；国庆节放假调休，共7天，一共31天。
《劳动法》第四十条规定，用人单位在下列节日期间应当依法安排劳动者休假：
（一）元旦；
（二）春节；
（三）国际劳动节；
（四）国庆节；
（五）法律、法规规定的其他休假节日。
