| 释义 |
南昌应届生人才补贴如下：
1、调整涉及应届毕业生生活补贴、应届毕业生再次生活补贴、往届生生活补贴等；
2、应届毕业生生活补贴发放方式调整为分两次发放，每次发放补贴总额的50%。符合申领基本要求，且在杭连续参保满6个月后，发放第一笔补贴、连续参保满12个月后，发放第二笔补贴；
3、补贴对象与原政策保持一致，为全日制本科、硕士研究生、博士研究生；
4、当事人申请人才补贴的，需登陆当地人力资源和社会保障局网站提交相应的电子材料，受理区人力资源局对电子材料进行资格审查，合格的予以受理；不合格的，予以退回申报材料；
5、区人力资源局通过短信向申请人反馈审查结果；审核区人力资源局对申请材料进行内容审核，合格的予以公示；不合格的退回申请或向申请人作出说明并要求补充、修订；
6、审议区人力资源局按照相关规定提请审议，拨付办结审议通过后，区人力资源局按照相关规定办理资金拨付手续。

县级以上地方人民政府和有关部门根据市场需求和产业发展方向，鼓励、指导企业加强职业教育和培训。
职业院校、职业技能培训机构与企业应当密切联系，实行产教结合，为经济建设服务，培养实用人才和熟练劳动者。
企业应当按照国家有关规定提取职工教育经费，对劳动者进行职业技能培训和继续教育培训。
