释义	法律分析：不符合。企业采用绩效管理方法是可以的。但必须要合法合理。眼下，有不少用人单位使用“末位淘汰”制度来甄选优秀员工，辞退排名相对靠后的员工，看起来似乎合情合理，但是《劳动合同法》中并没有将“末位”作为解除劳动合同的条件。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第四十条劳动者不能胜任工作，经过培训或者调整工作岗位，仍不能胜任工作的，用人单位提前三十日以书面形式通知劳动者本人或者额外支付劳动者一个月工资后，可以解除劳动合同。
