释义	法律分析: 我国法律严禁卖淫嫖娼行为，对于嫖娼的当事人，派出所可以给予治安处罚，一般情况下，执行治安拘留都是在拘留所。被拘留后，派出所要通知当事人的家属，到期后由家属来领人。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第六十六条卖淫、嫖娼的，处十日以上十五日以下拘留，可以并处五千元以下罚款;情节较轻的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。在公共场所拉客招嫖的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。
