释义	法律分析：被胁迫放弃遗嘱能反悔。三年内可以向法院起诉，要求自己继承遗产。一方以欺诈、胁迫或者乘人之危，使对方违背真实意思的民事行为无效。无效的民事行为从行为开始就没有法律约束力。民事行为确定无效或者撤销后，当事人因该行为取得的财产应当返还给受损方。法律规定，继承人对于继承的放弃是在继承发生之后做出才合法有效。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十八条一方以欺诈手段，使对方在违背真实意思的情况下实施的民事法律行为，受欺诈方有权请求人民法院或者仲裁机构予以撤销。
