释义	法律分析：未到合同签约时间辞职的只要提前三十天向单位提交离职申请的，不是违约行为。员工违反服务期约定未提前三十日通知用人单位辞职，要向公司支付违约金。公司为员工提供专项培训费用，对其进行专业技术培训的，跟员工订立协议，约定服务期后，员工违反约定辞职，即要支付违约金。并且，赔偿违约金时，违约金的数额不得超过公司提供的培训费用并且不得超过服务期尚未履行部分应分摊的培训费用。
