子公司法人责任独立。子公司是由公司出资设立的，具有法人的资格，子公司以其财产承担有限责任。子公司和母公司之间是被控股或者被控制经营管理的关系，除此之外，子公司的其他法律地位和母公司并没有任何的差别。
