释义	质押保证金一种是借款人通过担保人向银行贷款后，担保人为了降低借款人的违约风险而要求借款人按照贷款金额比例交纳给担保人的钱。是借款人交给担保人的钱。另一种是担保人存在银行的钱。担保人不能直接放贷，所以他们存到银行一些钱作为自己的信用额度，银行再把这部分钱贷给那些不符合银行直接贷款要求的借款人，同时要求担保人承担担保责任。担保人再向借款人收担保费。
