收据上写的不退款有效吗？
释义
法律分析：
一、如果该收据是双方当事人的真实意思表示，收据内容合法，则在双方当事人签字、盖章、按手印的情况下，该收据有效，即按照收据的约定不能退款；
二、不符合上述情况的，该收据无效，收据约定不能退款的内容也无效，是可以退款的。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第一百四十六条 行为人与相对人以虚假的意思表示实施的民事法律行为无效。 以虚假的意思表示隐藏的民事法律行为的效力，依照有关法律规定处理。
