释义	民事行为能力人是指民事主体以自己独立的行为去取得民事权利、承担民事义务的能力的人，有民事权利能力而没有民事行为能力的民事主体，要想享有民事权利、承担民事义务就只能通过他人代理。自然人的行为能力分三种情况：完全行为能力、限制行为能力、无行为能力。法人的行为能力由法人的机关或代表行使。【本文关联的相关法律依据】《中华人民共和国民法典》第十八条成年人为完全民事行为能力人，可以独立实施民事法律行为。十六周岁以上的未成年人，以自己的劳动收入为主要生活来源的，视为完全民事行为能力人。
