释义	法律分析：没收到离婚判决书一般不算离婚。如果是诉讼离婚的，人民法院准予离婚的，判决书生效之后，就算离婚了；但是如果是夫妻一方下落不明，人民法院用公告送达的，没有收到离婚判决书，公告期满之后，就算是已经离婚了。受送达人下落不明，或者用规定的其他方式无法送达的，适用公告送达。自发出公告之日起，经过六十日，即视为送达。公告送达，应当在案卷中记明原因和经过。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零八十条完成离婚登记，或者离婚判决书、调解书生效，即解除婚姻关系。
