释义	法律分析：单位不能限制员工解除合同。一般情况下，辞职自由是劳动法规定的基本原则。劳动者解除未到期的劳动合同只需提前三十日通知用人单位，用人单位不能以特别约定排除或限制劳动者的劳动合同解除权。但是如果劳动者行使提前解除权而给用人单位造成损失的，劳动者应予赔偿。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
