释义	法律分析：刑事案件犯罪嫌疑人的家属不能查阅案卷。只有被告人的辩护律师才能查阅卷宗。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第四十条辩护律师自人民检察院对案件审查起诉之日起，可以查阅、摘抄、复制本案的案卷材料。其他辩护人经人民法院、人民检察院许可，也可以查阅、摘抄、复制上述材料。第四十一条辩护人认为在侦查、审查起诉期间公安机关、人民检察院收集的证明犯罪嫌疑人、被告人无罪或者罪轻的证据材料未提交的，有权申请人民检察院、人民法院调取。
