释义	承重墙是指在砌体结构中支撑着上部楼层重量的墙体，在工程图上为黑色墙体，打掉会破坏整个建筑结构。违反相关规定造成严重后果的涉嫌以危险方法危害公共安全罪。涉及建筑主体或者承重结构变动的装修工程，没有设计方案擅自施工的，责令改正，处50万元以上100万元以下的罚款。房屋建筑使用者在装修过程中擅自变动房屋建筑主体和承重结构的，责令改正，处5万元以上10万元以下的罚款。造成损失的，依法承担赔偿责任。该内容由严达兴律师和法律部落共创回答
